1. No Refunds Policy
Nudge Your Career operates under a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing a service, membership, or program through our website or affiliated platforms, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend or complete sessions
• Change in personal or professional circumstances
• Perceived lack of results or progress
• Termination due to breach of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., inappropriate behaviour)
2. Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service is proven to be not delivered as described or is deemed faulty under consumer law, you may be entitled to a remedy.
However, dissatisfaction based on subjective outcomes (e.g., job success, personal interpretation of value) does not qualify for a refund or credit under this policy.
3. Membership & Subscription Terms
• All memberships are billed as per the agreed schedule (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) and are non-refundable.
• Cancellation of membership does not result in a refund for unused time.
• If a member is removed due to a breach of our community conduct standards, no refund will be provided.
